The Haiti ministry overall is dedicated to discipleship. We currently partner with three missionaries: Dom Pierre, Kerby Pierre, and Louis Louidonne. They dedicate time each week to discipling the local Haitians who are curious and want to learn more about what it means to walk with Christ.
They have also started a soccer outreach program that is focused on reaching out to the youth on the street. The team goes out weekly to play soccer with the local kids in the neighborhood, providing an opportunity for them to feel loved and to be mentored.
We also partner with Pastor Day, who started a church in a region called Onaville. This region is where the government sent the majority of the displaced Haitians after the 2014 earthquake, promising them refuge - however, they were soon abandoned and left to fend for themselves in a forsaken area with no supplies.
Pastor Day has been working there to help build up the community and assist them both materially and spiritually.
